As a little boy in Korea, I fondly remember the TV crew huddled over to eat the Wanjatang (Korean meatball soup) that my mom just presented along with her kimchi. They were all smiles and one asked my mom if could get some more of that 맛있는 김치 tasty kimchi.

I’d like to share her secrets with you.
